一 关于Oracle的入门话题  
1. 哪里下载Oracle软件？  
otn.oracle.com，需要**帐号一个。  
同时申请了这个帐号之后，可以通过OTN20，在参加OCP考试的时候打8折（详细内容见后面的OCP相关信息）。  
  
2. Metalink是什么东西？  
metalink.oracle.com，需要购买Oracle服务才能有一个帐号，才能登陆，有大量的Knowledge Base，大量问题解决经验。  
  
3. 哪里下载Oracle文档Document？  
otn.oracle.com.  
  
4. 初学者应该看些什么Oracle方面的书？  
如果是参加OCP考试：

二 OCP相关信息  
Q: OCP8i DBA的考试顺序怎样最好？  
A: 单对考试而言, 本身对次序没有要求, 只要PASS5门考试就可以获得证书, 对个人而言, 顺序是没有定规的, 因为每个人的个人条件和基础不同, 不能一概而论, 这里可以说明一个大致原则(仅代表本斑竹的个人意见), 具体的由个人自己决定  
(1) 对于没有Oracle经验和初步接触或一直利用开发工具开发而对Oracle没有系统了解的人而言, 建议前两门为001和023, 因为001是DBA必须掌握的SQL基础, 一个熟练的DBA必须能够熟练地书写SQL脚本或语句对数据库的性能情况等进行查询和更改调整, 所以001是首先需要掌握的, 而023是对Oracle的结构和机制等的基本描述, 对以后的025, 024的知识掌握都是基础  
(2) 对于有相当Oracle经验的人而言, 如果是初次进行此类考试, 也建议001或者026放在前面, 因为他们相对简单, 有助于增加考试自信心  
(3) 对于不属于上述两种情况的人, 实话实说, 次序没有什么意义  
  
Q: 如何在北京报名参加OCP考试？  
A: 北京有不少Oracle授权的培训及考试机构，比如博学堂等等，但是因为我是直接在Oracle中国参加的考试，所以只能详细说一下在Oracle北京（国贸B座23层）参加考试的方法  
1。每周五都有一次考试，如果要参加本周的考试，要提前5天完成你的报名  
2。报名方法可以打电话65386688转培训部咨询。下面简单说一下：给Oracle中国的帐号电汇考试费（现在是建行），然后将汇款凭证的复印件发传真到65057507，发完传真之后可以打上面那个电话确认一下，如果对方已经收到，报名就成功了。很简单吧。  
3。考试当天需要携带汇款凭证原件，身份证。  
  
Q: 如何使用OTN20打折？  
A: 以下是详细步骤：  
1。在OTNhttp://otn.oracle.com/)注册一个**的帐号  
2。注册完毕应该会自动signin了，如果没有，输入帐号密码signin  
3。进入OTN首页，点击左边的一个链接Oracle University  
4。进入新页面后，点击上方的动画logo(写着Get Certified什么的)，进入另一个页面，将此页面打印出来，注意此页面上会有你的用户名。  
5。然后在汇款的时候，只需要汇80%的款项，1211×0.8=968.8。  
6。在考试当天将刚才的打印件带去，以证明你确实是OTN用户。如果忘记了，在可以在考场当场打印。  
  
Q: 如何在网上查询自己的考试成绩？  
A: 以下是详细步骤：  
1。进入网站http://oracle.prometric.com/  
2。在首页点击右下角的“简体中文”按钮  
3。进入中文页面后，点击“安全登录（使用SSL加密算法）”  
4。输入自己的用户名和密码，不会有人说不知道吧？  
5。再后面就不用多说了吧，很清楚了。  
  
Q: 参加9i考试是否必须参加培训？  
A:最近有很多朋友想了解关于ORACLE9I认证的问题，现解释如下： (网友pennate提供)  
  
考试课程：  
OCA：1Z0-001/1Z0-007，1Z0-031 不需要参加ORACLE培训  
OCP：1Z0-032,1Z0-033 需要参加四门课其中的至少一门 培训。  
OCM：需要参加至少两门培训。  
  
不需要参加培训的情况：  
1。从ORACLE8I OCP 升级到ORACLE 9I OCP 1Z0-030  
2。2002年9月1日前注册并通过1Z0-007、1Z0-031、1Z0-032、1Z0-033中的任何一门。  
  
关于2的说法争议较大。可以看如下地址得到证实：

而且我和dgzxc就属于这种情况，现已收到证书。  
  
ORACLE中国的陈小姐的说法如下：  
针对情况2，必须通过的是1Z0-032和1Z0-033中的任一门。  
我们知道1Z0-033的考试从2002年10月才开始，那么也就是说2002年9月前必须通过1Z0-032才可以不参加培训。  
事实证明是错误的。  
  
而且我多次咨询过陈小姐，总是如是而言。究竟是其对ORACLE的考试政策理解不到位还是另有企图（曾试图说服我参加ORACLE大学，害的我差点放弃9i考试），不得而知。

Oracle的考试是在各考试中心进行的，现在每门一百二十五美元，通过注册会员打八折是900人民币，有的地方是1000人民币。考试券一般的有效期是一年，全球通用。使用考试券在考试中心是不应该再收取任何的费用的。
